Cancel any time.

You can cancel Pro at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro, with whatever allowance is left, until the end of the period you have paid for, and then move to Free. Nothing in your account is deleted when you cancel.

The Free plan has nothing to cancel.

Payments are not refunded for a partly used period, for unused dashboards, or for top-ups once bought. A plan can be cancelled at any time instead, so you are never charged for a period you did not choose.

We refund a charge in full when it should not have happened:

• you were charged twice for the same thing;
• you were charged after you had cancelled;
• you paid, and the plan or top-up you paid for was never applied to your account.

Write to [contact email: to be added] within 30 days of the charge, from the email on your account, with the date and amount. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 7 business days to appear.

Daized is software used online; nothing is shipped. A paid plan or top-up is applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it has not appeared within an hour, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
